No, you will get into shape as you train. We are all about aiming for and keeping a healthy lifestyle. In our classes we focus on all types of drills and exersice that will build good cardio and flexability as well as promoting weight managment.
No! We have sudents who have started at age 50+
Our programs are age based, meaning we'll ask you to do what is possible and comfortable.
We recomend at least taking two classes a week. This will keep you focused and moving through your program at a consistent rate.
In Taekwondo it takes about 3-4 years to reach your 1st degree black belt.
